Susan Rice nominated as ambassador to U.N.
Jerry Fowler was quoted in a recent NYT article and praised Obama’s choice of Susan Rice as the ambassador to the U.N. Jerry says, “It sends a very strong signal about his approach to the issue of Sudan and Africa in general.”
